CIRCULAR
In terms of the EC Resolution No.: 8(a) dated 08.09.2010, all concerned are required to provide information like family declaration (with supporting documents like marriage certificate etc.) and to fill-up and submit a separate nomination for payments of Gratuity / Leave Salary to the nominee in the formats appended below. Filled in declaration forms may be submitted to the Superintendent, Personnel Section positively by 30.09.2013.

The amendment of JU Regulation for Chapter I & II and inclusion of Chapters VII-IX is placed on the website to include the Function of the Schools of the University which are included in the Newly created Faculty “Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies, Law and Management” because of the amendment of JU ACT,1981 by the West Bengal University Law (amendment) Act 2011 & 2012.
